i found the cleaning staff worked so hard. they kept the hotel super clean. the grounds look immaculately kept by the gardening staff. staff are very friendly and helpful. it really means so much to me.
the pool got very crowded and often felt difficult to navigate. lawn chairs fill the grass around the pool. the dining hall is loud at times and hard to move around. i sometimes struggle with this.

The resort was very clean! Staff made a massive effort with the kids. The food included a variety of fresh juices each day. There were many options to select.
The evening entertainment options were limited for adults and older teenagers. I booked for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, yet it only registered 2 adults and 2 babies!

this hotel had staff that maintained the grounds spotlessly. the food selection included Portuguese-style dishes and themed nights. i found the red wine perfectly acceptable. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the hotel did not provide tea and coffee in the room. also taking these items from the restaurant was not allowed. i found this inconvenient.

landscaping throughout the grounds was excellent. i observed multiple pools for both adults and children. there was also a kids club, offering different activities during the day.

the waiters were quick to clear tables in the restaurant. the bar staff provided fast service. the entertainment team interacted well with guests. staff.

the restaurant had a good selection of meats and fish. salad options were also available. a variety of desserts was available each day. food was abundant.
